Rickie Fowler Masters Sleeper

Watch out for Masters Rookie Rickie Fowler at Augusta National this weekend.

This week in our Fantasy Golf Expert Picks, we’ll be focusing on The Masters. It’s finally here again, the most prestigious tournament in golf. Phil Mickelson looks to retain the Green Jacket while Tiger and the boys are chomping at the bit to take it as their own. With that, lets take a look at this weeks Fantasy Golf Expert Picks.

How it works: Our experts from WeeklyFantasySportal.com will select the players they think fill the criteria in each category this week in fantasy golf for the Transitions Championship. By using a draft process, no two picks can be the same. The experts will alternate picks weekly. The three categories are broken down into three separate posts:

1) Sleepers: Players flying under the radar we think have a shot to win the tournament.

2) Busts: Some of the bigger names who will fall flat.

3) Winners: The big boys. These are the players we’re picking to be hoisting the trophy come Sunday.

Fantasy Golf Expert Picks: WGC-Cadillac Championship “Sleepers”

Ethan Norof1Rickie Fowler: Fowler is fearless and ranks 7th on the Tour in putting. Both will be a big help to the Masters rookie.
Justin Burniske2Ryan Moore: After shooting back-to-back one over par on Friday and Saturday, Moore kept his composure and shot a four under 68 on Sunday at last years Masters. Now making his second professional appearance at the Masters he’ll be looking to improve on last years 14th place finish.
Zac Fluewelling3Mark Wilson: Not sure if Wilson is much of a sleeper anymore since he is leading the current standings in both Cup Points and Earnings, however, I think most would consider it an unexpected victory if Wilson could pull off the victory and continue his career year.
Chris Dietrich4Ernie Els: has three top 25's this year and always seems to find a way to be there at the end. This could be the year The Big Easy finds himself with a green jacket.
Jon Ross5Gary Woodland: 8th in Driving Distance and Birdies Per Round. Woodland hits it long and has a putter on fire, a perfect combination when playing Augusta.
